Cattle Egret

Sometime you get best movements snapped on Common birds/animal.i was on highway at speed of 30-40km/h and sudden see this egret. it was great moment to watch this Cattle egret in bright sunlight around at 2pm. some how i managed my camera with tripod which was on back seat coz don't wanna miss this moment to frame. taken few shots and accidentally this amazing shot caught.

Brown-headed Gull and indian Pond Heron

While we watch movie,we mostly observe actor/actress, didn't observe others' acting or looks. i was also one of them but learn one thing while capturing flamingos on 14th april'15 that always look at other side too coz you cud find good photos.
i had taken many photos of lesser flamingos and looking here n there for time pass n sudden see Brown-headed Gull and indian Pond Heron were fighting for mudskipper was caught by indian Pond Heron. i missed this fight to frame but finally indian Pond Heron win the match and you can see his excitement.

Asian Paradise Flycatcher - Male

Asian Paradise Flycatcher is also in my dream shot list as seen on Internet but didn't got chance.i was at my home town vesma near navsari,gujarat as mentioned in last post,taken many shots of other birds.it was around 6pm and sudden seen a light red coloured bird flying near lake n speedily went there but its fly away n didn't seen again.but after 30+min this beauty was caught in my eye radar... i was so happy n started taking shots handheld but its bad luck or what all flying shots r blurred and fly away after 2-5min again it come n sit at one place n took again handheld,its still little shaky.again its gone.
i had waited for dream shot for same time same place for consecutive 3 days but this beauty sudden came n didn't gave chance to take shot on tripod. will go again there if time permits.

Common Kingfisher in Action

i always want to catch a photo of flying kingfisher as common kingfisher n pied kingfisher fly above the water and sudden dive in water to catch a fish.
i was at my home town and went a lake where fishing contract was given,it was not a big lake and thought for good birding site but my strange i was shocked after going there coz seen many birds there in morning.
As i was looking for birds, sudden seen a Common Kingfisher flying to sight for fish to catch.sudden moved n focus n clicked in hurry but all 3-5 shots were blurred.so very carefully focused as that time i have Canon 600D.clicked in continuous mode n luckily all 5-6 shots, Common Kingfisher were in frame.it was far away but looks pretty with natural background.

note : these bokeh effect is real and its due to sunlight coming between small leafs of a tree.

Lesser Flamingo

As my dream to catch close up of  Bird/Animal, i had waited for 2+hour for these flamingos to come towards me and luckily this beauty gives a shot which was near to my expectation. due to time limit i couldn't take other good shot but will try again if my leave,time permits me.

Lesser Flamingos with close shots n video

When i posted Flamingos last time one of my fb friend see my image n wanted to publish that image in popular daily news paper "Divya Bhaskar" so i gave permission so it was published on 13th April'15.that time i was not succeed to catch good shot so decided to go again there on 14th of April'15.
decided to wake up at 7.30am but due to subconscious mind effect i wake up around at 6.30 am.and reached there between 7.30 to 8am.and find closet location n sit there.taken few shots, flamingos are coming towards me but sudden they turn back and going away from me, i was surprised that why this happen!!! then sudden seen some photographers are taking shots in mr.Sudhir Shivram's style means in standing handheld n they are going towards these flamingos so they noticed those hifi photographers n went back....some fly away.my effort of crouching waiting of 15-20min wasted.
after few time one of mine fb friend mr.Rajesh halpti came n we talked n waited for flamingos to come again.
after 2 hours+ time we got good shots of flamingos in group n single flamingo.

Lesser Flamingos

Yesterday one of my frnd(Dr.Divyang) posted flamingos posted pics of Flamingos on facebook so excited to place n wanna ask him but before i ask him, someone asked him for place n he answered.The place is just 10-15km away n i was excited to see them with my eyes n wanna frame.even one another frnd mr.Jigen also wanna go there n i asked to go there.
Yesterday was last day of my kid's exam so we were in movie and come home in around at 1am eventhough i wake around 7.30am,get in hurry to go there and reached around there aprx 8.15am.
when i see flamingos.i was so excited n started taking pics with going towards them but my bad luck was started. a Raptor was on hunt.it was Brahminy Kite n all Flamingos fly away.so i moved towards them.this time it was very bad situation,i cudn't go closure to them coz there was tide came in river n every where was wet n muds but some how i managed to go closure and again start clicking.got some good shots but after 10-15min that Rapter again came n all flamingos fly away so far.
i was disappointed coz didn't took close up shots as i was managed good n closure place n weather was cloudy.
will go again there for best shots.

Brown-headed Gull

i have a dream to take very close photo of birds.Brown-headed Gull is a winter visiter and took photos with my kit lens but Today morning clicked this beauty 1st time with my Tammy.its just for experiment.
