i was at Sultanpur wetland,Navsari with my my friend Viren Desai and Abhay Naik on 02/09/16.<br />
i
 was sitting on back seat,after drive of 700+mtr from entering towards 
wetland,sudden Virenbhai told to stop the car as he had sighted Indian Silverbill close to road. with ought delay, very quickly focused and clicked as i know it will fly away n happened but lucky to get good shot.it didn't give chance to change camera setting otherwise i will get,details of whole bird.<br />

Always try to wake up after 8.30am during my holiday,if m not going for birding.i had planned to visit to my birth town on rakhi day and went in noon.we had made little get together with my all family members.around 11.30pm i went to sleep as much sleepy.<br />
i had set my alarm at 8.45am but disturbed by continuous chirping sound of birds even after closed glass window n wake up at 7.40am.when i sit on bed n seen on my glass window,Scaly-breasted Munia was sitting on iron fence over window n chirping.don't know what was it doing but 3-4min i was just watching from 1-2ft away as glass was totally black so munia cant see inside the room.even my wife wake up n told me why u r standing there,take a photo.i asked it will fly away if slide the glass window.but she asked to take a chance.so within 5-10sec open my camera backpack and ready my bazooka.<br />
now i was thinking how to approach,as if i slide the window,it fly away and during this it fly away.but luckily it sit on electric wire which was 4-5ft away from window.i kneel down near window and slide the glass window.put my bazooka on window and focused n clicked but not satisfied.again focused and clicked...the result is here.<br />

On 15th March'16,i had called my friend Paragbhai,we called him as Munia Master coz whenever he went for birding,he clicked Red Munia so i also wanna frame but close shot on tripod.so day was finalized on 17/03/16 n we meet at our meeting point at Vesu,i parked my car n went on his Activa around at 8am.<br />
After 10min we reached at our destination.we hear calling of munias n searching here n there.we located but  we cant go closure coz there was an iron wire fencing.sudden one truck pass from there with too much harsh noise n fly away.<br />
i was waiting there n Paragbhai moved,he again sighted group of Red Munia n  i walked there but same thing happened,now one old lady was shouted to take away birds from wheat crop, who is working as scarecrow with shouting....lol<br />
Again we are on back foot. Paragbhai told me,i will take my Activa which was parked far away from us so he walked and i walked on opposite side to find Munia.after 20-30 steps i had sighted group of Red Munia,2-3 ft away from road.very carefully i walked but same story happened again,this time one car pass n blow a horn so they fly inside.<br />
i thought its time to take position so walked fast n take a close position at iron wire fencing n withing 1-2min group came but  away from me n sit on other side of iron wire fencing.<br />

While you were with your some of birding frnd for birding,its gr8 time.it was around 6.30am n i was with Vijayendra Desai on 11/10/15.it was a one way type dusty road n a single car can run on this road.there are both side greenery of rice farm.we reached there after crossing the unmanned  rail crossing.<br />
there was a little wetland n Vijayendrabhai told me that here we can frame bunting n munia so hide our-self in the grass just close to road.i was little afraid to do as cobra n other poisonous snakes been found in our area. even though i sit at one place n waiting for birds.<br />
within 5minutes i saw group of Black-headed Munia on branch of  lil higher grass n after 1min they landed on ground where little water was on ground.i was trying to frame n sudden one person came towards us n all munias fly away.i  was very angry but what to do.<br />
Waiting of 15-20minute again this group came on ground n took some shots but cant manage good position.<br />

Watching Red Munia closely is a pleasant experience.After monsoon Male usually seen in sexiest red color.<br />
with my friends, we had located many place of Red Munia but near Delhi Public School,Vesu is the close n clear place for photography.so i was again there for Red Munia on 09/10/15 around at 9am.<br />
This photo was taken handheld.it was very difficult moment coz weight of lens n camera is more than 3kg n lifting with left hand with below avg bicep...for 5-10min continuously n with steady standing position in a bright cloudy day.<br />

After long long awaiting of this bird, finally succeed to frame it. not a good shot but loved it.credit to my friend Dr.Vijayendra Desai, who find this beauty while we were in running car.<br />
it was a Friday 2nd oct'15.we had decided to go early to flying n close shots of black kites as i had seen few days back. it was 5.30am myself wake up early at this time, remembered my school time, it was 15yrs back,while my mom n me wake up early...still it was very hard to wake up.thank you mom.<br />
after getting fresh n having lovely tea by sweetheart, i went to my frnd's home Vijayendrabhai n then Prasadbhai...around 6.30am we reached at ongc bridge for flying shots, we find only two kite.Then our lucky guy Mr.Paragbhai called to meet for birding trip for Marsh harrier n searching began.<br />
why i tagged Paragbhai as Lucky guy coz whenever he was on birding, he gets amazing close shots of many birds and his many photos was displayed at sony center of piplod.<br />
while we r on the way, i was driving my car...Vijayendrabhai was on beside me on front seat n sudden Red Avadavat was caught on his radar,he asked to stopped the car. sudden we all came out n took shots on the road but we are far away. so Vijayendrabhai find the good location where lil sunlight fall on them n the background was so pleasant.<br />

Black-headed Munia

On 13th May'15 i was at my uncle's home Valsad for photography as many birds come at backyards.beside backyard there is a sugar cane farm and water pump was running. sudden hear some un-usual sound near running water and zoomed towards sound. they were Black-headed Munias.<br />
its very difficult to shot them coz there was iron wire fencing, many branches n leafs were interrupting and  Munias were inside the sugar cane leafs, though somehow i managed on tripod and taken 2-3 shots.(mobile pic was added in last)<br />
