Many time, My Friend Viren's Mom had told me "you went for sasan safari many times with my son,when you are going to take us with you for safari?" and after 1+year we had finalized this family trip on 30th May to 2nd June 2019.<br />
i had booked Morning Safari for 12 person of 31st May 2019,so we have to reach by 5am for permit letter,route allotment for safari,guide and vehicle coz there been long queue but we reached around at 5.30am and after 30+min we were on the way for morning Gypsy safari of Sasan Gir in 2 Gypsy.<br />
Sunrise already done and enough sunlight,after drive of 20min of park entry,we sighted wild Boar then spotted owlet.Then we moved inside the jungle and We were Looking for lion,lioness and their cub as we heard the news of it but around 6.32am we sighted Indian Leopard,who was eating dead buffalo, it was my 2nd sighting of Indian Leopard in Gir Safari.1st one was sighted in 2016 when i was with my family and 2nd sighting again with my family.<br />
it was a dried area of small river passing thru it and luckily we can easily see this beauty.i'm much surprised coz it was busy in eating and ignoring 5 gypsy,Sasan leopard are much shy and they hide them self in bushes.i had took many photos and 3-4 videos of this beauty and we were on the way in the jungle.<br />

<span style="font-size: x-large;">8</span>th May 2017 was the last day of our Sasan Trip and as always we were
 late in our morning Safari, So we paid big loss of 2 Adult male Lion 
just by 10min even we entered at 6.30am.whom i blame, coz we all are 
friend n go ahead.<br />
we went inside after useless waiting of 20min 
and sudden fog came and covered most of area.again disappointment.still 
we moved inside n inside till 7.10am and find nothing due to heavy fog 
except Peacock.  <br />
Sudden
 Fog fade out and like our bad luck also gone,we saw group of 
Lions.stopped there,enjoyed watching them and clicked so many shots.Tracker told to move and our Gypsy moved towards railway track.<br />
After drive of 10+min we saw 2 lions walking  but one had sit there and one started walking so we follow the king and stopped at one point on road and waiting for it to cross the road.after 5-7min we saw and started clicking it.we were busy to clicking Lion and our guide told us to focus for 2nd one.it was very close and missed to frame full body, crossed the road and went inside the bushes.here is the unlucky frame.<br />

 , we had clicked it At Girnar Wildlife Sanctuary,Junagadh then went to Amber farm, sasan for stay.then we had
 did 6am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm safari in sasan for 2 consecutive day.<br />
We reached at booking office by 5.45am in the morning of 06/05/17 and get our route n driver plus guide.without delay we were in the national Park and searching Pride of Gujarat to frame them.till 7.40am we clicked bird and traveled more than 10 km.<br />
At one place while we were on the road,seen few of Maruti Gypsy were stopped so thought for lions were sighted but they were waiting to cross the road by group of lion. we also stopped at one point and searching for lions.sudden one Sambar Deer crossed from front of us and sighted lions group.<br />
We were Luckiest coz on our front side 2-3 gypsy were and back side also 2 gypsy,these group of lion and lioness crossed us from front and back side also.we just enjoyed watching them coz they all were just 5-10ft away from us.Though i had clicked few shots n here is one of them.<br />

it was end of our 2nd day's evening safari and we were returning,but still we were looking for leopards for sighting.we told our gypsy driver to drive fast to go near by to ground level water tank coz wild animals mostly came there before sun set.<br />
while we reach at one of ground level water tank,we had sighted Indian Golden Jackal and it was drinking water.it was great moment to watch such activity,we had clicked some shots.after drinking water,sudden it jump down to ground and started running towards us,might be it ignored us or whatever but we were lucky to frame straight body pose.<br />

As long story posted in <a href="http://www.yugworld.net/2017/05/brown-fish-owl.html#.WRmOTMaZGM9">Brown Fish Owl</a> , we had clicked it then went to Amber farm, sasan for stay.then we had did 6am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm safari in sasan for 2 consecutive day.all day we sighted lions and birds but we were expecting leopard but bad luck for us.<br />
on 08/05/17 we decided to go early and though we reach there at 6am and started safari at 6.20am.while we entered,faced fog and unable to see beyond 25mtr so thought for bad luck again coz fog was every where.we can see sun clear but looks like a moon.<br />
After drive of 30+min,sudden i asked to our gypsy driver to stop and reverse it very slowly then asked to stop.i told my friends to focus and click a Indian peafowl.it was sitting on a dried and broken tree with spreading of its feather.due to fog and against light,clicked 2 shot in hurry then i took vertical shot.while i go to change the direction of camera,feather went in original position.i thought,i was lucky to frame my dream shot.when i see in my camera's display,it was over exposed but tried hard to recover details.even frame was full of surrounding dried tree branches and distracting whole frame so blurred at some level to looks better.whole procedure took approx 2hour.<br />

The Lion King

We
 were on family trip of Saurastra with my family n my cousin's family.as
 on 24th November we were at Gir National Park for Lion safari.it was 
around 2.30pm n our safari driver picked us from our resort.while we 
were on the way to park,rain showering was started n we all thought for 
full rain but finally it stops.Around 3.15pm we had entered in 
the park.during safari our guide told us some info n rules.I had told him for birding.<br />
after 
5mins we saw a monitor lizard, Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer. after 
drive of 30-40min our gypsy sudden stopped n guide shows the spotted 
owlet,it was just 10-15ft away from us.due to other gypsy came we moved ahead.<br />
After 1+hr of drive we 
didn't seen a lion/lioness,most of returning gypsy driver had told us 
that they had not seen a lion/lioness.so we r lil disappointed but 
finger crossed for our kids.<br />
Another 5-10mins of drive i saw a 
leopard n asked to stop the gypsy but while we stop, leopard walked 
inside,it was just 40-45ft away.its a
 1st wow moment.our guide also told us that u r lucky to see.<br />
We 
all were talking n our guide told to stop talking as he seen the other gypsy r 
stopped at a point n our guide shows us 2 Lions...yeah...1st time i saw 
them in jungle.<br />

After successful lion safari in evening at Sasan gir,we had sighted 2lions, 3 lioness,5 cubs, 1 leopards and many birds got lots happiness coz its our 1st safari n sighted all in one safari.we returned to our resort for night stay.<br />
we have to leave for Junagadh around at 9am so get up around at 7am and ready fast to go out for birding in resort area.i was exploring farm but nothing found except Peacock.i think i had walked more than 1km and reach at a border of farm where one dusty road was border between two farm.crossed it and entered in that farm as they had grown bajra(millet) a one type of crop in india.seen many scaly-breasted munias so very carefully approachedfor close shot and clicked.after clicking 2 shots in camera's lcd,i was happy n sudden seen a red colored bird came close to me n without delay,quickly focused and click.got front pose and within 5-10 second it fly away.it was a Common Rosefinch.<br />

After entrance of park,we had sighted lots Spotted Deer,while i was clicking our guide told to avoid clicking as we will seen many deers in park coz our target was lion so replied "ok".after 15-20 minute,i saw a Spotted Deer (Male) sitting close to road n i asked to stop as it was awesome frame.And as expected got superb shot.<br />

Lioness - The Queen of Sasan Gir

On a Sasan gir trip,after framing of two lions we r on our root.after drive of 15min we show this queen,she looks so beautiful.i had clicked only 2 shots as my guide had seen other group of lioness n young cubs so we moved further.<br />
out of 2 shots the 1st shot was out of focused due to handheld n the lioness was behind the tree.<br />

On a Sasan gir trip,after framing of two lions we r on our root.after drive of 15min we show this queen,she looks so beautiful.i had clicke...

The Lion

We
 were on family trip of Saurastra with my family n my cousin's family.as
 on 24th November we were at Gir National Park for Lion safari.it was 
around 2.30pm n our safari driver picked us from our resort.while we 
were on the way to park,rain showering was started n we all thought for 
full rain but finally it stops.Around 3.15pm we had entered in 
the park.during safari our guide told us some info n rules.I had told him for birding.<br />
after 
5mins we saw a monitor lizard, Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer. after 
drive of 30-40min our gypsy sudden stopped n guide shows the spotted 
owlet,it was just 10-15ft away from us.due to other gypsy came we moved ahead.<br />
After 1+hr of drive we 
didn't seen a lion/lioness,most of returning gypsy driver had told us 
that they had not seen a lion/lioness.so we r lil disappointed but 
finger crossed for our kids.<br />
Another 5-10mins of drive i saw a leopard n asked to stop the gypsy but while we stop leopard walked inside,it was 40-45ft away.its a
 1st wow moment.our guide also told us that u r lucky to see.<br />
We 
all were talking n our guide told to stop talking as he seen the other gypsy r 
stopped at a point n our guide shows us 2 Lions...yeah...1st time i saw 
them in jungle.<br />

How can i express my Happiness...coz it was extra happy moments in my life.till now i hate photography,so never tried.<br />

after 5mins 1st time i saw a monitor lizard(my huby n my 7yrs old son sighted it at Velavdar but i missed) then saw Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer. after drive of 30-40min our gypsy sudden stopped n guide shows the spotted owlet,it was just 10-15ft away from us.<br />

after drive of 5min we seen 2 lioness n 3-4cubs.my huby was busy in clicking n asking my son to click but he was lost himself in this moment to see all thing n forget to click so i picked the camera n 1st time clicked but photo was blurred coz i dont know how to click?... lens was 55-250mm n it was at 55mm so i asked my hubby..lioness n cubs were far away so he expand it to 250mm.when i tried to see in view finder,there was nothing to see so again i asked him n he remind me to half press shutter button n when u see it clear then click. and i got this image.<br />
