i was ready for flycatchers at Shoolpaneshwar even though my camera badly needs service.date was fixed as 27/01/18 and reach Viren's House for night stay around at 12.30am,where Pragnesh was already there.he came from silvasa.we had plan to sleep early to get up early in the morning but we were talking till 2.30am.<br />
Although we get ready at 5am and all set,even Abhay came from his home n waiting for us.reached Netrang around at 6.30am and took tea break then started our journey towards sanctuary.i as searching for sunrise photo from hill area and little bit succeed.we reached at checkpost around at 7.30am and paid for car n camera fee.now we were in the wildlife sanctuary and searching was begins.we had sighted pair of grey wolf,buzzard in our journey before we stopped at our favorite spot where we always stop.<br />
we were searching for flycatchers,sighted but not wish list bird so walked inside and sudden Pragnesh saw Woodpeckers ,all were there except me so i also reached there but it fly away.i just walk further away and sighted this beauty in pair.they were digging holes in tree to feed parasites.i was lucky to frame it.<br />

Bilimora- Valsad Coastal highway is(now was coz acquired by prawn farm) heaven for birders during winter coz so many waders and other birds came there.<br />
That time Bhavesh Shah was new joins in wildlife and he contacted me to go somewhere and post processing tips so i told him,i was at bilimora on 9th to 10th November'16 so if came there,i can guide.He came from Surat and reach by 7am and we reached there aprx 7.15am.<br />
it was pleasant morning with chill and taken few morning shots of road and wetland,sudden see a Black-winged Stilt matting and cudn't resist myself to frame it.<br />
low light shot but managed it with good lighting condition.<br />

Blackbuck National Park,Velavadar is a large grassland in gujarat where Harrier  do
rousting.it is the heaven for Harrier 
lovers.Except Pied Harrier,all Harriers came there between August to 
March for wintering.They roost on ground and hunts 
locusts,snakes,lizard,small rodents and birds which help as biological 
pest control to farm crops,maintains the Eco-system of grassland.mostly i go during 2nd week of October and i was there with my 
friends on 20/10/16.<br />
The long story line posted in <a href="http://www.yugworld.net/2016/10/indian-grey-wolf.html#.WmV7LDeZGM8">Indian Grey Wolf</a> and we reached there in midnight of 20/10/16.we entered park with guide Sikandar,we had clicked many harriers and other birds till morning safari end.we went for lunch and then took a rest at office then again entered in park for evening safari.i was waiting for a shot of harrier sitting on a fence and got after 3.30pm.<br />

The long story line posted in Indian Grey Wolf and we reached there in midnight of 20/10/16.we entered park with guide Sikandar and clicked Montagu's Harrier, Blackbuck,European Roller and Woolly-necked Stork till 7.30am.we were near a wetland and stopped for waders and clicked 2 shots of this stint.didn't processed as i have click but i was just exploring this folder and seen this image,it has a clear mirror reflection so cudn't stop myself to do post processing it.and here is the result.<br />

Vijayendra Desai msg me at 8.30pm on 3rd July,ready tomorrow to click Spotted Owlet and i was at our location.it was cloudy so thought for bad shots or no shots of owlet but we get 3-4shots.<br />
During birding for Spotted Owlet, we 
walked for 100+mtr to find other birds and found the Ashy Prinia. sitting on a top of wild babool tree and amazingly 
we were at eye level of this bird.so background was magic coz 
distance from this bird and distance from background tree to this bird 
was same so magic of blurry background created.<br />
its little saturated image but love the green.<br />

i had a plan to visit Blackbuck National Park,Velavdar with family in October'16.Before i go there talked with my friend Dr.Bhavesh Mengar and 1day before i was at Pariyej Lake.<br />
i was expecting Winter birds but find nothing new in the lake,around at 5pm i asked to return towards my car.after walking of 100+ mtr,i saw a Red-naped Ibis and i asked mengi to frame this bird so pl walked toward car with my son as my son was 7yrs old that time and might disturb this beauty while i frame it.<br />
Giving full Credit of this image to my friend Dr.Bhavesh Mengar coz frankly
 speaking ibis n myself played with each other for 10-15min with close 
distance,i don't know why that bird didn't fly away,itself walked here n 
there.<br />
